Scope of Work:
The scope of our transformative efforts encompassed both exterior and interior enhancements, including:
- Data collection, site investigation, sampling, testing, and removal of asbestos and mold to ensure a safe working environment.
- Exterior scope involved the installation of new foundations, replacement of exterior metal panels on the roof and side walls, creation of new openings with installation of storefront and glazing, replacement of all exterior doors, and installation of accent and decorative siding panels.
- Interior renovations included the removal of all contents and demolition of existing finishes, including drywall, insulation, cabinets, countertops, flooring, doors, hardware, and bathroom fixtures and accessories.
- Structural upgrades and reinforcement were conducted to meet safety standards, with all-new framing, insulation, drywall, doors, paint, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and MEP fixtures installed.
- Assistance with owner move-in and staging of owner-finished items ensured a seamless transition.
- Complete replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems up to the mains.
